These terms describe your use of Capzo at capzo.ai. Capzo is the service provider. Contact [email protected] with questions about the service, billing, or these terms.
Your account
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information. Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity authorised through your account and should sign out devices you do not recognise. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
The service
Capzo lets you upload videos, generate and edit captions, choose caption styles, and export captioned videos. Supported formats, processing availability, and plan allowances are shown in the app. AI-generated captions may contain errors. Review captions and the exported video before publishing or relying on them.
Your content
You retain your rights in videos, captions, and other material you provide. You give Capzo permission to store, process, transcribe, render, and deliver that material as needed to provide the service, including through our infrastructure and transcription providers. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process your material, including any personal information it contains.
Workspace responsibilities
A workspace owner controls team membership and access. Team members can see workspace projects, and action permissions determine what they may change, export, or delete. Only add people who are authorised to access the workspace's content. Removing someone prevents future access through the workspace; it cannot recall files they have already downloaded.
Acceptable use
Do not use Capzo to process unlawful content, violate another person's rights, distribute malicious material, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or obtain access to another user's workspace without authorisation. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse or protect the service.
Plans and allowances
The app shows your current plan, caption-minute allowance, storage allowance, export allowance, and supported export quality. Caption and export allowances reset by calendar month and do not roll over. Storage is measured across stored source videos and exports. Generating captions again uses additional processing allowance. Free allowances are subject to the limits shown in the app.
Paid subscriptions
Paid plans use Razorpay checkout. Before payment, the app and checkout show the configured price in INR, billing frequency, and subscription details. A subscription authorises recurring payments under the checkout terms until it is cancelled or completes its configured term. Capzo activates paid access after payment-provider confirmation; selecting a plan alone does not activate it.
You can request cancellation of renewal through the app if you have billing permission. Paid access continues until the end of the current paid period. Payment failures, expiry, or the end of a subscription can change available allowances. Your saved project content is not automatically deleted because a paid subscription ends, but further uploads or processing may be limited.
For duplicate charges, billing errors, or refund requests, contact [email protected] with the relevant payment reference. Any rights available under applicable law remain unaffected. Do not send card numbers, payment passwords, or other payment credentials by email.
Saving, exports, and deletion
Capzo displays whether edits are saved to your account or retained as a recovery draft on the current device. A local draft is not a substitute for an account save. Retain copies of videos and exports you need. Deleting a project permanently removes its stored source video, captions, and exports from the active service.
Availability and responsibility
Processing time and availability depend on video properties, infrastructure, and external providers. We do not promise error-free transcription or uninterrupted service. We will use reasonable efforts to address reported service issues. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending your use
You may stop using Capzo and contact [email protected] to request account deletion. Cancel any active subscription separately so its renewal can be stopped. We may suspend or end access for misuse or other material breaches of these terms, subject to applicable obligations.
Privacy and changes
